The Hands That Pick Your Tea

Behind every cup of Cecilia Terra is a woman who rises early, works quietly, and carries the memory of her land in every step. These are not employees. They are partners, mentors, and pillars in their communities.

We work directly with women-led tea co-ops across Rwanda, choosing depth of relationship over scale.
